Via Our store:
For all purchases (inc. Online and In-store).
Step 1: Go in-store
Step 2: Speak with staff
- Provide the team member in store your unwanted item.
- Show proof of purchase.
- If you paid using a credit card please bring the same card with you.
Step 3: Receive an exchange
- Once the returns policy has been met, you’ll receive an exchange or refund on the spot.

For online purchases

Please take note. If the item returned does not meet our Returns Policy below your order will be sent back to you.
RETURN POLICY
- You can, within 14 days of receiving the product(s) ordered from the our online store , return and exchange any product(s) that you are not completely happy with.
- Product(s) can be returned, provided that the product(s) is in its new and original condition, original product packaging attached with its original price tags and labels.
- Original product is required.
- Delivery will be charges that were paid during the next return and exchange order
- BILLY JEANS CONCEPT SHOP reserves the right to deny a refund or exchange if the product(s) does not meet the Return Policy requirements above.

Refund & Exchange conditions:
- NO REFUND once the goods is sold.
- Allow exchanges for the same item in a different size will not incur any additional charges.
- If the new item is a different product (including a different colour) and there is a price difference you may need to pay the difference or receive a partial refund.
